CMS stands for Content Management System. The basic function of a CMS is to provide a way for non-technical web users to edit the content shown on a website. This editing can be as simple as text-only editing but can be also be sophisticated enough to control all aspects of the website. These systems are common for business who are selling products online or who have multiple contributors who will be updating a web site. The pages can be updated from any computer with an Internet connection. No special software is required.

Head Start of Lane County The site features compelling panoramic photographs, slideshow quicklinks, revolving factoids, and much more. The public portion of the site serves families and partner agencies. There is also a comprehensive staff-only section of the site. The integrated content-management system allows administrators to fine-tune which sections of the web site (or even portions of a page) are visible to the public. We worked closely with staff to create a system that allows them to easily upload and organize a massive document archive, maintain a 300+ page online policy manual, and integrate with other online services. We also provided training sessions and documentation to both site content editors and network administrators. |

interfaces with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. It will also integrate

website has a secure, password-protected section that allows chorus
members to share e-mail lists, phone numbers, rehearsals, costuming,
etc. |

Emerald Bible Fellowship2007. DesignWorks worked with a team of staff members to improve
their existing web site and help them develop a system to be able
to maintain the site themselves. |

Oregon Parks Association2005. This 45+ page web site has a secure, password-protected section
that allows OPA members to view commentary on legislative issues
of interest to them and access membership lists. |
